Yeah we ended up waiting for like 30+ minutes. Drive through was blazing through but stalls kept filling up. We ordered pizza while waiting and then left. Y’all need some improvement. Yikes.
100% poor management. I feel sorry for the one carhop they have working. The young man was doing the very best he could but all the angry customers land in his lap because he had 0 support from the manager Phillip.
This Sonic is the Sonic that I worked at around 18 years ago. An incident happened to me that made me quit working there but the food was always really good especially the tator tots and the cheeseburger. I don't eat there very much anymore but this particular day I was picking up lunch for someone else that likes their Tator Tots.
At 9:30p, my daughter and I went to Sonic to order food. Pulled into a stall. Waiting 15 min, no answer. Since few cars there, I thought maybe something wrong with button or speaker. Went to another. Waited 10 min. Still no answer. Went to a third and after 5 min got out and knocked on door. Was told by carhop that the guy inside was purposely ignoring people because of staffing. Not after the courtesy of answering and letting people know they would be with them when they can is disrespectful. Let’s just say Sonic has loss my business (probably for a long while). Went to Chick-fil-A, and they professional took my order and they were twice as busy. A place is only as good as the management.
Food was ok. My cherry lime aid was like drinking carbonated soda no lime or cherry. So I guess the person there needs more training on drinks mixing. I think this sonic is starting to get just as bad as the one on Sydney baker
