For our first time here the food was good. We had and appetizer of taters which were good. I had the pepper steak w/ gravy side of sweet potato casserole and fried okra. My girlfriend had the dude chicken w/ side of mixed vegetables and whipped potatoes. All the food was good the only reason for the three star is our waitress Linda was more or less nowhere to be found. All our food was delivered by other wait staff when we asked our waitress for something we had to ask twice. Both of us had tea and when they would have stayed empty if it weren’t for the waiter at the next table noticing and getting us more tea. The only fault I have for the food was the “hot rolls” they give you when you are seated were ice cold.

We were in Kerrville for our son's baseball tournament. We drove in from San Antonio and were looking for a restaurant that served steak. We looked online and read some amazing reviews about this restaurant. They seated us outside on their patio with the most amazing view of the river. The food was absolutely fabulous! We also ordered their cobbler, brownies and carrot cake all of them were absolutely delicious!

Arrived with my family 15 minutes before closing. Despite that, service was great and we were not rushed. In fact, the staff waited until we left to start cleaning. We were the only patrons left at that time. Food was great and we had 6 different entrees. Very reasonable pricing as well. In fact, I call it a bargain for the quality.

My husband and I were in town visiting his grandparents and it was my first time here and was great! Everything on the menu looked and sounded so good; I ended up getting the Texas size grilled shrimp with small salad and fried okra with sweet tea - all delicious!nnThe server - Courtney - was very sweet. I love her enthusiasm and attentiveness.nnThank you for a great service and meal! We will be back!

First time. This place is awesome. Right on the river. Great ambience. Great service and reasonable prices. We drove in from San Antonio. Well worth the drive. We' ll be back for sure
