I drove 1711 miles and got hungry. You know how it is when you eat somewhere for the first time. Wow the rib meat fell off the bone and tasty the brisket was lean and tasty as I dipped it in some bbq sauce. It was great to visit my annual spot in Texas and have some fine local vittles. Ps: the young buck working there told me they get up at 3 am to make it happen! A standard to be set by!

What a great place! This is Texas BBQ as it should be. Small quaint roadside BBQ joint with piles of wood and smokers right upfront and in plain sight with outdoor seating. Meat meat and more meat smoked to perfection and sliced right in front of you as you order. Add in homemade pie and Styrofoam cups ... Bills IS Texas BBQ!nnUpdate: Back in TX and had to stop by Bills... did not disappoint! Love this place. The people here are always super nice, warm, welcoming and the food is off... the... charts... good! Will be back in March/April.

Great eating here. Brisket was good, Turkey was great, moist and had good flavor.

Good home made sides and extremely tender brisket, jalapeno sausage that's the best.
