Burger King

I don’t think I’ve ever done a 1 star revue. An employee took a lunch break and apparently didn’t finished what ever job they were doing. Another employee ask them to finish so they could do what they were assigned to do and the F bombs went to flying. The gal on break had no problem cussing out the other employee loudly in the dining area. The burger was good but the experience diffidently was not! The language spilled over to behind the counter as well.

Suxed

Showed up half hour before the lunch rush, took almost 8 minutes before someone came over the speaker to even acknowledge us. There were only three other cars there. Then told someone would be right with us, waited another 7 minutes before able to place our order. We were then informed that they were out of fries! So we just ordered a chicken sandwich, a whopper and two large sodas. The sandwiches were supposed to be on the but one get the other for $1. We finally got to the window 25 minutes after we first pulled in to the drive thru. The young girl at the window was hard to understand, so couldn't hear what the total was. Handed my debit card to her, she ran the card then handed it back and then the two drinks. She brought the bag with the sandwiches but still did not give me a receipt, I had to ask for me. Then I looked at the total ...$16.41 for two sandwiches, one of which should be $1 and two large sodas about 2.50 each!!! Unless a whopper is now $10, that doesn't add up. So, I tapped on the window and told the girl she over charged me, that one of the sandwiches should be only a in dollar and tried to show her on the receipt she gave me. She said no, she didn't, punched something on her screen, then a second receipt printed and she said it's shows that the whopper is full price, $5.19, and the chicken sandwich is 4.99 and discounted by 3.99. I told her I didn't care what her receipt showed, she just charged me $16.41 and that is not discounted. So then she finally decided to refund me the difference, but instead of putting it back on my card, she gives me cash. As she is handing it out the window she didn't have a good hold of it and one of the dollar bills blew out of her hand as she was putting it in my hand. She didn't even act like she cared. Just walked away, instead of offering to get another one from the register. So, I had to get out of the car in the drive thru, and walk around looking for the dollar. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back to the Burger King in Alice, Texas again!!!!!

By far the cleanest Burger King I have been to. The service was good and the manager was very kind. Her name was Michelle. She deserves a raise. I will be coming back.

Not good place needs a lot of work and I was a big fan of burger King
