Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes just for 4 drinks. Ridiculous! And no apology for the wait.
Carhop left at 3:30 pm. Forgot my Card. Waited Patiently for my card. Took a while finally they found it. Lets not be in a hurry to go home. We left imagine how long it would've took to realize it was lost.

Food was cold. Even after we asked for fresh tots. They brought them cold & when we asked car hop of we could please get some fresh tots our next order was half!!
How do you decide to clean your ice cream machine on a Saturday night at 730pm? They started telling everyone this at 645 pm. And fix your drive thru speaker already ! It's been weeks! SMH. I ordered a 4 piece cheesesticks and a cherry limeade. It took 15 minutes...plus not one cherry or lime in my drink. Very Very disappointed with Sonic in Alice tonight. Zero stars.
