They need to improve a little more on the soups
This place was recommended by a local. We were very impressed. Food was really good. They have generous proportions. The menu selection was amazing. And, the service was great. Definitely going back here next time we're in town.
We waited 2 hours for food
Packed house. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Took awhile for waitress to take our order. Took about 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. Temperature was warm. Very disappointed. Food tasted ok, but I'm sure was because of the temperature. I've eaten at Sunrise Restaurant for years and has always been great.
Girlfriend had some seafood soup which she said she enjoyed a lot. I had grilled fish, which didn’t taste like it was seasoned or grilled enough. I had to take some of the salsa from the chips and add to it. Will probably come back and try something else. But the grilled fish is a definite no from me.nnThe chips and salsa were very good. Above average I’d say.nn4 stars because I am willing to bet that in general it’s a great restaurant, judging by the other dishes I saw as well as the amount of customers
