I was referred to Mrs. Benavides' Law Firm by a family member. I bought a property in a Mobile Home Park with Covenants and By Laws. I was told by the realtor before I purchased my property that I could have a family member move in with me if they were 18 or older. I am single and don't have children. I recently had my nephew move in with me due to having a medical issue that required constant monitoring, per my physician. I am functional, but still need monitoring.nnApproximately four (4) months after my nephew moved in with me, I was approached by the Mobile Home Park Manager and was told that I was not allowed to have anyone living with me unless they were immediate family members, meaning spouse or children. I reached out to Cynthia and sent her a copy of the covenant. Per Mrs. Benavides, after reviewing the covenant, the Park Manager was correct. I informed Mrs. Benavides of my medical condition and she advised me on what steps I needed to take to move forward.
