Got there in the morning at 10 ... and i got to talk to someone until 3 pm .... waiting time its ridiculous.....

These people are crooks! Do not give them your money. They will lie lie lie! Employees ignore you and even tell you not to come back. They target the elderly make promises they do not keep. You can call 40 times a week and they will send you to voice mail every time. We have been trying to get Jones & Crane to do what they were contracted and paid to do nothing more. We have not asked for special treatment only that they provide the services they were paid to do! They have taken thousands of dollar from a senior family member and provided nothing in return.
