Had a really bad experience with Nosh Mediterranean Grill in Franklin MA. Ordered a platter online. They did not call until we were in the parking lot to pick up the food. They said that they are 'out of stock' and I should order something else online again. No mention of a refund for what I paid. I asked what's in stock but did not hear any reasonable answer. So, I asked for a refund and they said they would. I never received a refund. I had to call my credit card company today to dispute the charge.

Not sure if it was an Uber Eats problem or the restaurant's problem, but I ordered at 4:30 yesterday and finally cancelled at 6:10. I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could come pick it up, and went to voicemail.nFrustrating to say the least.
