Great service. I called about 15 minutes before closing time. They extended their closing time and waited for me. No pressure when making my selections to buy. Great and friendly service.

It was 5:08 P.M. when I was sitting on the bench outside Lionel's Western wear. On Saturday's they close at 5 P.M. There was a customer at the door trying to go inside but the place was already closed. I saw the merchant walk to the door and I thought she was going to signal to the lady that they were done doing business for the day and she opened up the door and let her in! I was so impressed. It was after business hours and typically that never happens! As a weslaco local I couldn't have been more proud. Talk about great customer service. I have not been inside the location just yet, but, I most definitely will be visiting soon. Good job Lionel's Western Wear!
