During this time of the Coronavirus, Curbside Pickup or deliver services are key, right? They've literally been saving our lives. Curbside here is spectacular!!! They're fast, courteous, and efficient. It's easy-breezy, so there's no hassle and you feel safe the entire time. I cannot stress enough how much I've enjoyed having this place. Went to customer service and electronics to purchase, exchange, and return some stuff. Went two different days. Both days the place looked well kept and orderly. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Most of the experience was great, but on todays visits the rep I had do my return wasn't too friendly. Attitude/person was a bit upset/annoyed and it was pretty obvious to note. Hopefully her day gets better, but other than that great experience.

I’ve been to this store plenty of times with no issue until this afternoon (9-24-20 2:15pm). Dealt with store associates Paula and an older man in the automotive department. After trying to locate a gas cap I was told they no longer look up the item for the customer! So is this really part of customer service? So I proceeded to call the store after trying to find a Manager. After a 4 minute and 32 sec hold I got hung up on so called again until after 3 minute 45second 2 managers smuggly walk my way. Pete and Lorenzo said they were out to lunch and I was taking them away from their lunch! Seriously, a store that size running itself while the only 2 managers take lunch at the same time? Their excuse they had been their since 5am! Jeff their immediate supervisor ALSO out to lunch WHAT!! Worst store experience I’ll rather go to Donna and shop there! Last time at this no good, worse customer service experience store...
