Ranch House Burgers II

My husband loved his burger, my BLT was nothing special. Good selection of mainstream beer, but not your place if you want craft beer. They have a few 5 x 5 selections but that's all. Tinted front windows made it feel more like a bar. I kept thinking I had my sunglasses on. Clean bathroom

Absolutely terrible.nI’ve ordered twice from this restaurant and both times the orders are messed up. The first time I ordered was back in December for my family and I. Went to pick it up, just to find out that they completely forgot to put my order in the bag, it was a Mac and cheese burger with onion rings. I had the call them and tell them they forgot my order. Went all the back (I live in palmview) to pick it up. Before I left they forgot the onion rings. They give me the onion rings and when I looked to make sure they were actually in there... there were only 3. I thought I ordered a basket but I guess not. Today 3.7.21, we thought we’d try it again. Ordered for the family and I. My mom ordered the chicken fried chicken with white gravy and a side of mashed potatoes with brown gravy. No gravy to be found anywhere. I ordered two baskets of fries, we only got one. I ordered the big bird sandwich (description says it comes with mushrooms and onions) I added in the instructions that I didn’t want mushrooms or onions. Girl calls me from the restaurant to tell me that the sandwich doesn’t come with mushrooms or onions and I said, the description on door dash said it does. And then she asked me if I wanted the mushrooms and onions on the fries. I told her, no... I said I didn’t want mushrooms or onions. Guess what my sandwich came with? Never ordering from this place again.

Lost our reservations for 12 people, but served us beverages by stand up bar. Waited about 40 minutes. Food was excellent!!!!! High quality beef. Highly recommend wait. Waitress was very professional & accommodating.

Came here with my family to enjoy a dinner.nI really enjoyed the food. What I won’t tolerate is watching the manager, I learned was named Rosa picking up my families food before we even finished eating, then when I complained to her she brushed me off, I’m not mad but disappointed. Please get better management.

Great food, service, atmosphere, and selection! The burgers are some of the best around. Don't forget to try the fried fish or chicken fried steak, it's very good as well! Lunch meetings are just better at the Ranch House!
