The staff at this location is just getting better. I appreciate their patience because I have to pick up for other members of my family. Kudos for all your hard work !!!!!

Went in to get my 2nd Covid shot and I was so disappointed 1. that the staff was not prepared for the first appointments. They may have been short staffed and not the fault of the pharmacy staff, but regardless, in the 45 minutes I was in the line, they were unable to get 5 people through the process. 2. The computer system either was not functioning correctly, or the staff had not been trained on the system. 3. The pharmacy staff was not wearing masks, or wearing them improperly. I left the vaccine area and spoke to the store manager (who was correctly masked), but he was not supervising the pharmacy staff and could only address the mask issue. There was no pharmacy supervisor to address my concerns. I chose to leave at that point, and canceled my shot. I called the Walgreens customer service line, but received no service after holding for 38 minutes. In comparison, my CVS experience(s) was much more organized and they were visibly following CDC guidelines.

The pharmacy staff are not helpful at all. They act like it’s an inconvenience to wait on a customer. I asked for an otc drug that has to be purchased at the pharmacy while in the drive through. They told me I had to come in and buy it. This was during the height of the COVID outbreak. Not accommodating at all.

I honestly wish there was another pharmacy to use with my insurance. Their customer service is horrible... service in general - horrible.... Attitude - horrible....nThey act as if helping the customer is the least of their priorities. They tell you in the phone that your medicine will be ready at a certain time, and that’s never the case with them. They speak to everyone disrespectfully, and hatefully. They never offer solutions, only problems and move along.nnIn case if anyone actually reads these reviews:nThe people who need your services are sick, ill, in pain, need comfort... they wouldn’t be needing your services if they were not. Try treating your (customers) with dignity and respect.... have a little patients. just because you view your life as miserable, doesn't mean you need to make everyone who comes through your store miserable as well!
