I needed new tires for my vehicle. I have been going to Goodyear for many years, and have always been very satisfied. No surprises or hidden fees on the invoice, they always do exactly what they say they will do. They also do services beyond tires, such as oil changes, A/C tune-ups, etc.
We got a flat on the way from Maine to Maryland. They took us right away on Sunday morning. The write up person gave us some options. We chose one and they fixed us up and we were on our way. They were honest, friendly and did good work. What more do you need?
Very friendly staff. Had a minor issue with tires I ordered online and Michael the store manager assisted me in getting it corrected and getting the best deal possible. Will definitely be returning for future services.

On our way to vacation in the Cape we got a flat tire on 495 South. While waiting for AAA to help with the spare I contacted your company and spoke with Cathy (Franklin MA).
