I had an excellent experience custom ordering a new Wrangler at Planet Jeep. The sales consultant Mike Power was knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to take a genuine interest in making sure I was happy. His time estimate for delivery was spot on at six weeks. We had a bit of back and forth on price over a couple of days, but ultimately they were able to accommodate a deal I thought was fair.nnDelivery and pickup went smoothly and financial paperwork was handled in a matter of minutes once we sat down. The final handover was completed by Dan Aldo who patiently took the time to explain vehicle features and answer all my questions.nnNotably, both finance and sales were able to accommodate a last second change on my part which pushed my scheduled pickup time forward a full day. Not every retailer would be accommodating of this situation, but the staff here found a solution and took care of me ahead of schedule.nnOverall, the staff at Planet Jeep across multiple departments was a pleasure to deal with and made getting a new vehicle relatively painless. I can recommend that anyone looking at a new Jeep consider working with them.
My wife and I recently leased a 2020 Grand Cherokee North Edition. First, will start with our sales rep, Hunter O’Brien. From the start he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the entire process of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle! He worked diligently to find all the possible discounts and money saving options for us. Peter was great. Without an appointment, Peter was able to help me right away but finding the Jeep I wanted and getting keys within minutes. He was able to price out both cars I was interested in, within minutes, and without any crazy sales pitch that pushed me away. I immediately wanted to purchase from him because he was explaining every rebate and discount option. Purchased my new Jeep and LOVE it.
