I am a big fan of Michael Kors but I refuse to shop at the San Marcos location from now on. Today on my trip back from San Antonio I decided to stop at this location. The employee at the door locked the door at 5:30 with out saying a word to my friend and I. The sign on the door said they close at 6pm. Due to COVID I didn’t think nothing of it but he literally ignored us and didn’t even open the door to say anything about the store being closed. Until he opened the door to let a customer out but hurried up and closed the door. This isn’t the first time I have not been acknowledged at this store. I will continue to drive to other stores from here on out. Especially to the round rock location.
Always have a great time shopping here and always receive great customer service!nThey line is sometimes outside, but goes quick.
Loved my experience. I was greeted and helped by an associate by the name Mercy. She was super helpful. Social distancing in and outside of the store made me feel much better about shopping here.
Great deals but most of the employees were just standing around talking with each other.
