I never leave reviews but I have to rave about my experiences while shopping at Gucci. I have been coming to this store for years and I always ask for Jessica. From my first purchase to my most recent her customer service to me has been the same...EXCELLENT! She takes her time showing me all the new arrivals, answers my many questions, and even ask how me and my family are doing. I always feel like I'm shopping with a friend versus a sales consult worried about a commission bonus. If you visit be sure to ask for her, she's truly the best!
Since covid and holiday season it's hard to get in the store. I hate how they followed us around like we were going to steal something. We still completed our purchase but it was definitely my last time going into this store. I hope this doesn't happen to any other customers.
30+ Minutes waiting on the phone and no one bothers to answer. What kind of costumer service is that? The WORST ever, but if you call a non-Outlet Gucci store, they answer in 2 seconds. Are we not worthy of you attention because we want to purchase something in an outlet store?
Great service from Jessica and the lady at the door great service handling my needs.there was a Asian girl working that was rude but other than that great.
Very rude Asian salesperson. Seemed like she was getting mad that we wanted to try things on. Besides that I was leaving with a stroller while security guy and sales lady were looking at me and nobody even bothered to help with a door. Come on Gucci. Terrible
