Very poor inventory !
Customer service is slow and rude like the rest of the staff. This store does not do instore shipping. They won't even try to help find the product and are happy to turn you away.
I desperately needed some wide walking shoes, because the ones I had were suddenly squeezing the toes on my left foot. I found a pair of Skechers Track Knockhill online. I saw a credit card advertisement that would give me $15.00 off my first purchase. I tried to checkout, but I was not able to get the $15 credit. I went to the store and found the shoes and took them to the cashier. I told her my story and she scanned the barcode on my driver's license, which pulled up the credit card application and instantly took off the $15. I thanked her very much and would have put her name in this review, but her name was not on the receipt. Very smooth transaction. A+++++
The selection since KKR bought the stores has gotten a little thin. But other than that fine.
This is a smaller location, but the employees have always been great. They do carry most items, and some not found at other Academy stores. It is always clean and fairly well organized.
