I came to the store on a Sunday and it said they open up at 11:00 am and it was 11:15 and it was still closed!
Had to do an exchange. The associates were friendly. And the process was easy. And bought more!
Not satisfied with the embroidery I paid for, what I paid for wasn't what I asked for. I do not recommend getting personal embroidery here.
Came here to get my husband a very specific style hat and they didn't have it in stock for his size, so we had to order it online and have it shipped to the store. It arrived that same week and they called me to let me know as soon as it was in! I actually ordered the wrong style and CJ, the same representative as the first time, was more than happy to help me adjust. He was quick, efficient and even called around to the other stores to see if they had it. They didn't, but his excellent customer service and attentiveness was beyond compare! I live in Round Rock and will return to San Marcos just because of him! Thanks again! I know my husband is going to love his new hat!!
