The place is fantastic. Food and drink are incredible. The chefs put on a great show. Our kids love it here.

My mother and I went for outdoor dining. None of the tables had been wiped down or sanitized. We saw multiple groups come and go. Our table’s soy sauce had obviously not been wiped down. They had people walking around with masks on their bottom lips, service was terrible and after telling them about an allergy, I still had a reaction to their food. We used to go there regularly when they first opened, but our whole experience is not worth the prices they charge or the medical bills involved.

This had to be the worst hibachi restaurant ive ever been too. The food was blah! The rice had a very strange taste to it. The steak was over cooked to the point it was burnt on one side, and it was so hard to eat. The restaurant was packed with people it made me wonder what the capacity was suppose to be during covid times, we just had an over all bad experience. We didn't even eat our food we told the cook it was burnt and he just took his cart and walked away.

I would rate 0 stars but that’s not an option. We waited about 30-40 minutes for them to start making our food because we got hibachi and after they plated our food we found a hair on one of the plates. They did take the meal off the bill but when we only gave the server, who only gave us waters a $3 tip she complained to her manager who then ran after us to say we didn’t tip enough. My girlfriend got yelled at and asked why she didn’t tip enough and felt very embarrassed especially infront of other customers. Definitely would not recommend going unless you like hair in your food and then be chased out the door for a tip.

Building Maintenance (10/04/2020)

Went to hibachi side with my pregnant gf, she is allergic to shellfish which we told the server, who than informed us they would need to make her food in the kitchen and I made appoint to ask if our food could be done at the same time so we could eat together..i got the chicken and steak combo with fried rice and noodles the hibachi cook forgot my steak.. and once all my food was as done we were still waiting for my girlfriends food 10 minutes later I asked the server who said it is being made now (she got steak and fried rice) they completely forgot to cook her meal....n30 min later they brought it out..mine was cold at this point .i asked to speak with a manager to nicely tell them about our situation and they had an additude. Did not accommodate us in anyway and did not show any remorse for the multiple mistakes made. I do not recommended..sad this place is at patriot's place..how do we have this place still but we lost tom brady...
