Door dash driver, I waited until the third time I had horrible service here until writing this review. Twice I waited 25 minutes for the pizza to be done. The third time nobody was there to take my pizza order. After 10 minutes she pops up and then I wait 20 MORE minutes for them to cook the pizza. Management here is horrible. Cook was laughing at me waiting, I imagine he’s used to such horrible management and couldn’t help but laugh. There is another papa Gino’s 5 miles away near patriot place. Go there instead. Nothing against papa Gino’s just the horrible management of this one in particular.

It's a Papa Gino's nothing spectacular. However they do serve beer and wine again which is a plus.
Stopped in on our way to a Pats game. Guys working were great. We ordered double for later and they offered to box the other pie and throw it in the warmer. Super cool. Pizzas were done perfectly. Hot, just the right amount of toppings, and delicious crust. I flipping miss Papa Ginos! Highly recommend.
