Susie is very unreliable and not as empathetic and helpful as she would portray herself to be in the initial consult. Do not be fooled because you may be caught up in your emotions at the time in what your having to deal with and don’t believe she has your best interest at heart. If you are looking for additional stress/headache then this is the right place for you. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience using this practice and one i regret. She kept pushing me off or putting my case on the back burner for over 4 months. I had no choice but to cancel her services and lost money and valuable time, time I could have done more by myself or found someone new to represent me. Communication is extremely poor! For the entire 4 plus months, Susie never called or kept me updated, I made every call to find out the status which was always never anywhere from where we left off in our initial consult. The only thing I’ve gotten out of this service was excuse after excuse that it was another department’s fault, the clerks fault, the copier’s fault why something was not being done. What’s even worse is that will still take your money knowing they have done nothing for you there’s no justification for some of the charges when there is no results. I know it is hard to be ud83dudcaf sure who to retain when looking for an attorney but from my experience here get recommendations from other people first. I made the mistake of going off of the fact that they had a few 5 star rating. Do NOT make the same mistake I did and save yourself some stress, time and money!
