I'm in there every week, I know 1/2 the associates by name, and the other 1/2 by sight. They have been very helpful, and they know when they are not sure of the answer, to find someone who does. I have been impressed many times, including the ever hectic Black Friday, when Travis and Melissa both did an outstanding job. Even little Evelyn working the register had a great attitude. I have and will continue to recommend them. Ty Still awesome customer service!
I bought a paddle boat. My experience with the employees was excellent.
Good store, but a very small selection of handguns on display...I walked by the counter three times hoping they were just slow putting them out but apparently not. They still get a 4 because I didn't ask any questions the attendant looked nice enough.
I couldn't find any decent shoes so I went to Sketchers and bought 2 paid. Thumbs down.
I really like Academy and the items I purchased are great however I intended to also purchase a fish locater/GPS. I stood at the counter for seemingly twenty minutes and No one waited on me or even asked if they could assist me I finally left. That's why only 3stars
