Since new management this place is somehow not only worse quality but incredibly slower. Took my family 40 minutes for 5 people's food. I could go to a restaurant and get food faster and better than this.nnThey move at a speed of -15. Never seen a franchise like this operate so poorly. No other dickeys is like this. Avoid at all cost, especially if on your lunch from work. I thought it was bad before the management change, never thought it could somehow get worse but they are working hard to prove that wrong.
I ordered a family classic meal through Uber Eats. The “new hire” didn’t give them all of our food, just the meat. I called Dickeys and they were very apologetic. I wasn’t upset, everyone makes mistakes, especially when you’re new to something. I just wanted the rest of the food I paid for, was even gonna load all the kids up and go pick it up. The kid over the phone was so sweet. He offered to bring it to us and threw in some extra sides and some free desserts. Definitely will order there again, but this time, I’ll pick it up. Thanks guys!
Just ordered 1/2 lb of sliced brisket. Looked like scraps. We fed it to the dogs, they loved it. I waited 15 minutes for nothing. Waste of money......n.I responded to the owners response and they never answered me back. So horrible customer relations as well.
I love Dickeys BBQ.......this is the third time Ive been to this location and was sadly dossapointed. Last time I showed up 30 mins before closing and there was rap music playing at level 11 and they said they were cleaning up for closing. Last trip.....they were out of half of the menu and said they spent to much on ordering some food to get all the food they needed?? The sandwich I got looked like a biscuit with very little meat. I ended up going to get another meal to finish supper elsewhere.
Service was good however food was not so pleasant. They don't mix bbq sauce with food and give you a tiny amount of sauce that's not enough. Make sure you order extra sauce
