On my experience I just walked in for curiosity and now I totally recommend the store the products and the woman who help me and answered all my questions her name is Sandra she is very nice helpful and very good taste she make a suggestions and now I have a card too thanks to Sandra now an i got a great discount for getting my card. Now I can buy the clothes I love and get points

Terrible customer service. Tried to return for exchange a pair of pants but was told they would not accept them because I had them on and took the tag off

My wife loves Ann Taylor clothes. I am a hero shopping here because everyday is a sale day here, and we can get more of what she likes for a fraction of the cost of the Ann Taylor stores in the mall or even online pricing. Staff is helpful, store is bright and clean and well organized, even at busy times.
