Sooo I don’t really write reviews but I am now, as I was disappointed in what I had to experience when I came here to shop for clothes for my little one yesterday. There were two women working, I didn’t see where the line started so I stood in the wrong place (where I thought was the line) and the cashier yelled at me telling me in a kinda rude way that the line started that way as she proceeded to point where the line actually started. So I let that go because that was my fault, I should have looked around first. Furthermore, I decided to look around some more since there were some clothes that caught my attention, after I was done, I got in line. As soon as it was my turn, the cashier looked at another customer (out of the line) if she was ready to check out. So I thought maybe she didn’t see me so I asked if she was open. She continued to inform me she would check the other lady out first. At this point I’m ready to drop what I had and leave but I really needed to buy these clothes for my baby as I work crazy hours and I don’t have much time to shop.nnI truly believe it was because I am Hispanic, I have never experienced this in Houston so that’s why I’m disappointed.

I went to this store yesterday with my soon to be 2 year old and being very much near delivery of our next daughter. While in the store my daughter had a meltdown and the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful in getting what I needed and helped me distract my daughter until I completed my transactions.nnMind you, the staff are not there to do my job as a parent but oh how I needed the help yesterday. It was very much appreciated as I was half dying in my mask in addition to the heat and an 8 month pregnant belly on top of bags.nnThey were all so wonderful!!!

the manager is so rude. it took her forever to process a refund, manager was talking to a friend instead of helping the cashier with my refund.

Bad attention in this store , the staff is unfriendly. I was in line and the girls was talking and talking and they don’t care about me.
