It ok. I used to love this store. Everything my son pretty much wore came from here. They have changed the ideal style they known for.

If I could leave no stars I would have left no stars. I just left this Pacsun store in complete disbelief. Their store Manager Tristan was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. They have a wall full of graphic tees that says buy one get one half off. When you pick your shirts and take them to the counter to pay they then tell you the shirts really are not buy one get one half off. I asked them about the huge wall and advertising they said that only a few shirts are buy on get one half off. When I asked if they could show me which ones were the store manager said no we don't have time to pick shirts out for you as he say on a box behind the counter playing on his phone. I was in complete disbelief that a store at this outlet could treat people this way. It is the holiday season and it is a shame we had to walk out of the store empty handed when we were there to buy gifts for our kids. We will never again go to this store.nTristan the store manager needs a large amount of training or he needs to be demoted.

PacSun has great sales that my youngest son takes full advantage of. He likes the selection of pants, shirts, and hoodies. We shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall store several times a year.

Clothing was good but customer service was terrible. Worst I’ve ever seen. The person working there was super disrespectful and seemed like he hated the place. Even forgot to take off the security tag off a shirt I bought and did not care. Would not recommend going to this pacsun because of the terrible and disrespectful employee.
