Great neighborhood spot for pizza, consistent quality
Superb pizza for the price and the staff is friendly and courteous. I don’t know what it is about Russo’s pizza but their sauce never upsets my acid reflux. I’m assuming they make their sauce fresh.
I love the spaghetti with meat sauce. The pizza is hot and loaded with cheese. The calamari is crushy on the outside and tender on the inside. Don't even get me started with their warm garlic bread. The only thing I like them to improve is the menus are a little sticky.
Dined in last evening. slow to get service or anyone to even greet us. $87 for 2 large pizzas, one cheese, one with pepperoni and pineapple. one spaghetti, one calzone, no alchohol... Would only call this new york pizza based on its price... overpriced. food was average not worth the price. sorry won't return.
Terrific italian neighborhood resturant. Good food. Good wine. Good people.
