Pizza Hut

This place is the WORST! I placed an order for curb side pick via the mobile app - when I got there I called the location to hand over the order to which I was told that there is no curb side pick up available and I had to come in to pick up my order. I explained I have two young kids in the car and I am not able to leave them alone and come in or take them with me and expose them to the environment. But the server was rude and insisted I have to come in to pick up. I had to cancel my order. They should not allow an order to be placed for curb side pick up if the location does not provide that service. If they do then it’s up to the servers there to honor this. To the servers there - be kind to customers you are there because of them and you don’t know when you may end up in their situation!

My mom and I placed an order for delivery for 2 medium hand tossed pizzas, and 1 small pizza, at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. When an hour and a half passed, we finally decided it was time to call and see what was going on. My mom also checked the order status on the website through which we ordered, and the delivery time said 200+ more minutes. We both tried to get a hold of someone in the restaurant for 30 minutes through the number on the website and were both placed on hold the entire time. When my mom finally got through to someone, he told her he had just been called in on his day off and the wait time he was seeing on their computers was 400+ minutes. In no way are we upset with him, as it is not his fault. He then placed her on hold again, and it brought her back to the main menu of the phone system. When she finally got through again, the new lady told us our order is set to be delivered at 9:55 PM. 4 and 1/2 HOURS after we had placed our order. When my mom asked her to cancel our order and give us a full refund, the lady tried to put us on hold again but luckily she heard us when we said not to, but she definitely just put the phone down because it went silent and there was no response for a minute. When she came back, she said she had cancelled the order and immediately tried to hang up, and when my mom said excuse me i would like a confirmation number for my cancellation, she said it was unavailable, so we have absolutely no idea if we’re getting our $45 back (we had already included a tip). We have used this location many times before and never had a terrible experience, but this was absolutely ridiculous. This location needs better management AND a better system for when it gets extremely busy. If you’re orders are backed up to a 5 hour wait, STOP TAKING ORDERS.

This place is horrible! The manager is even worse! I ordered my pizza and came in late and then unsealed and it looks like someone took a bite from the pizza. And when I called the manager to discuss I was disconnected 3 times and then the manager said that’s not possible! I offered to show him pics and he just denied it.

I have been ordering from this place since 2017. It was ok. Taste like regular pizza. I always order the same things: cheese stuffed crust pizza with ham/chicken, mushrooms and pineapple; honey bbq chicken wing and Buffalo chicken wing. But this time, it was sooooooooo salty to the point it was actually bitter! I called the store manager to complain, he told me they don’t make anything over there. Everything is pre-made and shipped to them, and they don’t even have salt in the store. I understand it might be true, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s salty! And what made me really mad is he said: maybe Pizza Hut is not your taste...WT...?! Maybe he is right, Pizza Hut is not my taste! I’m done with Pizza Hut.

Girl was so rude. Literally slammed the pin and receipt down. Noticably agitated. Way to lose a good tip. Definitely won't be back.
