A few months back was my first experience with Rodman Collision and the experience was first class. Repairs were scheduled quickly and completed on time. Recently I had an unfortunate need for a second visit, different vehicle. Same 5 star service from Tim Q and Rodman.

Highly satisfied with the work and customer service Rodman did on the rear bumper of my Ford Edge. I was rear ended with mild to moderate damage and within 24 hours of filing my claim with my insurance they reached out to set up an appointment for drop off. I dropped it off on a Monday. They told me they anticipated it to be a 2-3 day fix based on the appraisal, but would contact me by Thursday with an update and they did just that. Unfortunately they found more damage than appraised and it would be about another week and again promised to call mid week with info, and they did that as well. I picked up my car today and the bumper looks absolutely beautiful and the best part is they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car, it’s immaculate! This busy mom of two highly recommends Rodman for any collision repairs!
