Interesting experience on car buying. I generally trade my high mileage cars in for lower mileage used cars and I get caught up in the typical dealership haggling and being told my car is not really worth book value and Book value is just a guideline and how it depends on what the auctioneers will pay. At Imotobank, Phil created a really good customer experience for buying used cars from the wholesale market. I really enjoyed searching the Wholesale database for a new truck. I told Phil what I was looking for and what I would be using it for and he was really professional and together we found the perfect truck. When I got off the phone with Phil, I was very excited about the experience and I could not wait to see the truck Phil was very competitive with the trade price and everything went pretty smooth overall. The first con to this experience is that you basically buy a car sight unseen with very little information or history. when the truck arrived, it went to the service shop up the street for detailing and fixing of any issues including replacing the tires. Second con is that the service garage up the road doesn't do a very good job with detailing the vehicles. I had piles of dust on the dashboard when I picked up the truck and there was some kind of paint on the steering wheel that was missed. The truck had some extended issues with an O2 sensor and I had to bring the truck to the service shop many many times before they ended up fixing the problem. Con number 3 is the service shop, don't get me wrong they are really nice guys over there, but the check engine light was on well over a month before they finally sent the truck out to Pleasant St. Auto in Norwood where the replaced the Catalytic converter. In short, the Engine light is out, the truck is running great and I absolutely love it, I will definitely buy another car from Imotobank!!

Our family was in the market for a new-to-us, used minivan as our 2008 model was worn out. iMotobank came to us through a recommendation of a friend and I'd pass along the same without reservation. Phil and his team made each step of the process simple and understandable as we looked for the perfect vehicle to fit out budget and desires. By opening up the marketplace to examine vehicles being auctioned all over the country, our odds were greatly increased to find what we were looking for. Phil was clear, trustworthy, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at online. When the first couple of vehicles didn't work out because the auction went out of our price range, we were quickly back on the search with plenty of options to pursue. Phil didn't stop working until we found the right vehicle for our family- a 2016 Honda Odyssey with about 50,000 miles. The customer service was on time and helpful in every exchange including the delivery of our vehicle to Concord, NH (about 100 miles each way). Our vehicle is now registered, inspected and on the road safely providing transportation for our family. Our mechanic provided our state inspection and (unsolicited for his opinion) raved about what a great vehicle it is.

I had a gone up to look at another vehicle for possible purchase. When I found out that vehicle had sold, I was able to sit down with Phillip and his colleagues, go over his huge inventory of available cars he could obtain, that fit me search. It was at a fair price and the car showed up on time and in the condition as claimed. i would not hesitate to recommend that a potential used car buyer talk to Imotobank Dealership before closing on another used car dealership!
