this place is horrible i made a same day order its been a week and still nothing. everyone working the counter is rude no one has good customer service. they do not know how to resolve problems even down to the managers
I have shopped at this store for years and hadn't been in a while. Today I realized I may not ever go back. They have the best form of false advertising I have ever seen! 60% off already marked down items...the mark down was by 1 cent!!!! Of course the sticker was over the original price! I think this is quite disgusting. The sweet lady behind the register was struggling around the total chaos of mess and with the systems while the manager was just standing around on his phone. Didn't care about helping her or any of the waiting customers. Definitely gone down hill! Very sad to see
The store manager Daniel is extremely rude.
My mother, myself, and my daughter who is a toddler where shopping and we got a lot and could not find the correct size of shoes the manager helped us found the correct size in the back took our items to hold for us on the counter so we could keep shopping it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you!
Horrible service ! I ordered “same day pick up” and order is even not ready after 2 days!
