I don't like this place. Overpriced.
Good customer service . Clean store .
I had a terrible experience at this store. I got a text message from express saying I am eligible for 15 off. Usually when I get offers it might say exclusions apply but this one doesn’t say anything like that. So I presented the coupon but store didn’t honor that. More than that the store manager was so rude towards me. I called the corporate relations but they were also not at all helpful. I cannot imagine how badly express treating their customers. Really disappointed with the experience with express.
One of my favorite places to shop and the services are great the prices are reasonable I highly recommend the shop
Express clothing prices are naturally on the higher end of the high street spectrum. However if you do need to buy clothes that last the long haul, this is your bet. The store is organized, staff are friendly and helpful and the sale section is always behind, right opposite the dressing rooms.
