I just went to the store to make a return or exchange and Ashley did not want to take a return/exchange and was very rude!!! Ps. All tags were in there and items are unworn.
The staff have a ugly attitude and they don’t care size 38 for man only online
Terrible customer service. Problem with their website. Information put in correctly when received confirmation it was incorrect. They would not change. Gift going to wrong address. Sucks!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had us drive for jeans that over the phone they said they had. They even said they had three different sets and they acted clueless when we got there. THERE WASN'T ANY.nThe teenagers that you hired need to have better work ethics. Because first of all it took them several minutes to answer the phone and the gentleman that answered the phone didn't even introduced himself, and when we got there the store didn't even had any customers, there was no reason why should take that long to answer the phone. Wasted my time 45 mins driving over there.
