I was so excited when I saw that there was a Windsor dress store opening in Sugar Land. It use to be a really good special occasion dress store, but as of late it's just not what it use to be, the quality has declined big time. I also was not impressed with their customer service at this location. I was in there with my 2 sister's and walked around the entire store not 1 employee acknowledged we were there. The manager was at the register on her phone pretending to check emails un-interested on whats going on around her and the 1 sale associate was steaming clothes in the corner and talking to another employee that was trying on clothes. I would only go back if I really needed to.
Good clothes, always find what I need and end up buying much more than what I went in looking for ud83dude02
Windsor at the first colony mall deserves 0 stars because customer service is terrible. Their attires stink and I would never ever be coming back !
