Friendly people inside the store and lots of good stuff , elderly man door greeter nice but treats certain people disrespectful...
I feel very lucky to have this Academy close by. I only go to this one, because it is ran so well and management and the entire staff does such a great job at giving sincere customer service and trying to help out the community. Great staff at this location. Great GM as well.
The greeter was super sweet and very attentive. Store is clean and organized. Gave it a 4 because there was not a lot of sales associate on the floor. I had a question and walked to the other side to find someone.
It's a little jam packed with merch but sales associates EVERYWHERE to help you if you can't find what you're looking for. So nice in this day and age. Store was clean and well stocked. Greeter was very friendly as was cashier. No waiting in line at all.nUPDATE 12/1/20nThe store greeter is great! I was there to return an item and he was friendly, courteous and directed me where to go. There were lines at the checkout but as soon as a manager spotted this, additional registers were opened. Not as much foot traffic as last year but with Covid, I'd expect that. Still overstocking all the items which can be difficult to go through hanging items as they fall off the racks. Sizes are mixed together so you'll have to hunt for the size you want.nBonus! Police officer right outside the door keeping a close eye on parking area!
Purchased a gun . JOHN C was very helpful , while waiting on the background check we conversated over fishing etc. And it was like we knew each other from another life... Great customer service. Can't say that for the rest of the store
