Tried various excuses for return of an online purchase that I am allowed to return via USPS for free. Good brand, but poor customer service- may be specific to this location only.
I had a great experience here. From the time I walked in the staff was crazy nice. Jenee was super helpful and made sure I found what I was looking for. She had a good knowledge on what to look for based off what I wanted. I would highly recommend coming to this location.
The clothes are of great quality but better yet the staff is always very welcoming and friendly.
HORRIBLE!!! I purchased a $150 bag that lasted 32 days before the stitching connecting the handle to the bag came unraveled. I called the store and was told they do not give refunds even for quality issues because they cannot resale it. For such a prestige brand, one would think they would support their quality better. I will NEVER purchase Lululemon again for anything. It will not let me upload the pictures to this review for some reason.
