Horrible employees. I arrived a few minutes after they were closing and begged the manager that I drove far and they told me the registers were closed so they can’t return the item but they can exchange it. I only feel they did this because I was black. Mind you there were other people still shopping so they could have easily returned my item. Hate the staff. Never coming back to this location.
Great place to shop for a little fun. However the prices are wrong.nThe ad says buy 2, get 2 free.nWhich the prices were $78 each. However they lower to $39 all of them. Nothing free.

A sales associate named Contour, was truly so helpful and put up very well with me being in a hurry!!
Some lady who might have been a manager at the First Colony Mall location approached us even after she saw some9ne else was trying to help us. We told her we were being helped and she said she would help us as the person already helping us needed to go and do something else. We asked to be measured for bras and she handed us a tape measure and told us due to Covid that's all she could do. So turns out she really couldn't help us at all. But the real issue was her attitude and demeanor. But we did find bras for $19 each and 5 panties for $19. And that was good.
