Discouraging experience. No customer service. It’s really uncomfortable if you don’t know exactly what you want.
I'm a man so I love what this place does for women's confidence.
Employee made an error which cost me double transactions on a single in store transaction. I'm not sure how you could both cancel my pick up order and charge me twice for a single in store transaction, and then refer me to over the phone customer service to fix this and to whom I had to explain this stores error multiple times as well as pull out my receipt to still not be refunded yet on a double charge for a single transaction. Incompetent.
Beautiful lingerie, lounge wear, casual knits. Sales assistant trained to measure, fit, and make suggestions. Flattering, great full figured inventory. Worth every penny. Lasts for years all colors, styles, sizes.nDressing room spacious with vanity. Great service.
Brandy the store manager was amazing. I went in for a fitting and to buy new bras and she took me under her wing. Not only was I greeted promptly, she picked out so many versatile styles to fit my everyday, work and evening styling options. The service was so personal and she even educated me on the type of bras to wear for certain occasions. She even gave me best practices to ensure all day comfort. This was the best experience ever.
