I have been going there now for a while. My family and I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is has always exceeded expectations. I would recommend tacos y tamales rosary to anyone.
Tamales were excellent! Not only was the pork flavorful, the masa was sweet and not mushy. These have to be some of the biggest tamales I’ve ever eaten... and that’s coming from someone who grew up in el paso and juarez. Stop in and don’t be leery of this unassuming food truck!
This is so fresh and delicious! It is so big and filled it was like eating two. The fries are warm and slightly seasoned. I will return to try other items on the menu.

Great quality Taco truck. Nothing beats stopping by here on the drive back home from work. Food is cooked to order. Fresh, hot, and tastes great. Right by the side or the road but there's enough space for about 10 cars to park next to it. They give you Charro Beans to have while you wait.nnThe owners are such nice people. Rossy and her husband, Fernando run the food joint together. Fernando gave me suggestions on what to order. In fact, I came back here two days in a row. He threw in a free Taco that he made specifically so that I can try out the flavor.nnMy only suggestion is if you come here, try to have the food as soon as it is made. As with any other Taco place, the food tastes best when it comes off the grill.
