Food is awesome if you can get any. Service is very friendly calling everyone “love” but they’re very often short on food and never honest about when it’s coming out. Almost never have the cornbread that’s supposed to come with your food and it’s really good if you get any. Went there to try again for some oxtails and my wife loves their mac and cheese. Only a couple oxtails and no mac on serving line. Told both would be ready in 7 minutes. (Don’t believe them). 40 minutes later, 17 more people waiting for food and the mac finally came out. When I asked again about the oxtails was told 30 more minutes. I’ve been here many times since they opened and service has always been very friendly but very slow and have only been able to get cornbread twice. This time so slow I left with nothing but a side order of mac for my wife. It’s not too much to ask for an honest answer as to when food will be ready is it? Really good food if you can get it or you have time to wait. Friendly service but never honest about when food will be ready. I have supported this place from day one and taken many people there. Most stopped going because of the ever so slow service. I still try to support them but if the food isn’t on the line I leave.

Everything about this place is great. The food is A1. The service is wonderful. Feels like home cause they welcome you in. When I say all the food is good it's all good. I couldn't pick a favorite. The seasoning is all good. The best soul food i have ever tasted. I will support you where ever you good. God bless this business and keep the hard workers covered. Y'all have to try it.

The food is so good. Mrs. Lucy and the other staff are so friendly. You feel like family when you go there. They will take the time to explain the menu items to you. Their dessert is awesome also. You must try this hidden gem.

Great food and friendly staff!! The turkey leg/wing was delicious!! Seasoned well generous portions and fairly priced. I wanted to have the chocolate cake but they were out so we tried the turtle cheesecake and the strawberry cheesecake and all I can say is OH MY GOD!!! This will be one of our regular places to eat from now on!

I've been reading about so many people talking about More Rush on the Nextdoor app. I told my wife about the place and had the opportunity to try them out one day while we were out. My wife called in her order and spoke to the ever so friendly Ms. Lucy. We were only like 5 minutes away and Ms. Lucy said she'll have it ready when we arrived. Sure enough, we arrived and when I went in, it was ready as promised. It was such a pleasure to speak with Ms. Lucy for a few moments and the restaurant has a very nice appearance. I picked up a beef tip plate for my wife and some peach cobbler. The food was good, but the peach cobbler stole the show. It was so good that my wife sent me back another day just to get some more peach cobbler. We had read about someone talking about the peach cobbler and cheesecake. This is how my wife decided to try the peach cobbler. I'm pretty sure I'll be back for some more peach cobbler for my wife and try the cheesecake or other dessert for myself.
