I ordered a Detroit style pizza. The description says it is a deep dish pizza with crushed tomatoes on top. However, my pizza is a deep dish pizza with tangy tomato sauce on top. I brought this to the establishment’s attention. They said I was incorrect. I suggest they correct their website description of the pizza.
This is one of the WORST PIZZA HUTS out. You pay to do curbside then you arrive and have to go inside to get your pizza. Why have it. It’s best just to call it get it yourself service BECAUSE THEY JUST LET THE PHONE RING AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO HET MY PIZZA WRONG
It was very disappointing to know my delivery girl dropped my pizza. As she tried to play it off without knowing my husband was in the car she still handed it to him like nothing happened. When he brought it inside the pizza was completely messed up and not to mention it was cold when we received it. I would not recommend this place.
It was good, I wasn't too crazy about the stuffed crust pizza. It was okay.
They were understaffed, but the manager on duty was rude. I advised that I am disabled and requested someone bring out the order which is an option offered. They made me have to go in and then I was ignored. Another customer made them complete my request for a refund. I tried to do it online, but the system would not allow it. Shameful service.
