My husband has a western event tonight and needed a shirt. He came home and told me the experience he had shopping. The staff was not friendly. They did not offer him any help. He felt it was because he is black. I hope that wasn't the case. He felt very uncomfortable so he left without purchasing anything. It's sad that minorities can't support each other. Another customer came in. They were very helpful to that particular individual.

My experience with the staff from both stores was that they are genuinly polite. Great customer service very patient and willing to help me find an outfit. Will defenitly be coming back.
