It took several attempts to get someone on the phone and that was the first thing that irritated me. After the fourth phone call, what sounded like a young girl answered and I told her I was inquiring about a gathering to feed 15 or so people and that I needed to know if I should order it ahead of time. I told her I could pay for it now and pick it up tomorrow. She responded that she would have to get her manager and without another word she apparently put me on hold. After a few moments on hold the call was disconnected.nnNormally this is something I would go to the Play Store and look for the app but there is such a confusing choice of KFC apps that I decided to go straight to the source and call my local Kentucky Fried Chicken brick and mortar location. Unfortunately that was a mistake. I won't be spending my money at this particular location. In fact I am considering choosing their competition instead.nnEvidently this particular KFC is not completely prepared to be in business.nnDuring this pandemic I'm trying to shop locally and spend my money close to home to help our community and our small business owners.nnStaffing a business that prepares food should be taken very seriously and that is clearly not the experience I had with this local store. So, unfortunately, I do not recommend this location.

The food was good! However, the person that took my order through the drive thru window saw we had 2 people in our car & I ordered 2 drinks, 2 pieces of chicken & 2 sides of coleslaw. But they only gave me 1 fork & 1 napkin. Managers need to do a better job at teaching these kids some common sense. Or...maybe it’s too late!??

Just picked up some chicken that looks like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for 48hrs. Then one of the employees ate half of it, put the other half in the fridge then warmed it up to put it in my bucket.nnWill be returning to get a refund hopefully. Absolutely crazy that grabbing dinner after a long day turns into a larger ordeal than just making it myself. I just wish someone there had an ounce of self respect and took pride in their work. Shameful.nnI ended up going to churches to purchase another box of chicken, theirs was perfect. Crazy how easy it is if you just care.

The Best KFC in all of the Dfw metro plex the biscuits was hot soft and fresh couldn't believe it.. I brought a pop corn chicken with corn and mash potatoes and gravy bowl and it was excellent most I would recommend going to this KFC to Everyone one!
