Not sure if we went on a bad day because the experience was not that good. Our rolls were warm but stale, they were obviously sitting under a heat lamp or something. Waitress had somewhat of a dry tone. The fried pickles were really good. Time went by, so I glanced at the kitchen and see 2 plates of food just sitting on the expo. Maybe 5 minutes more went by, food is still sitting there and waitress hasn’t even came by or anything. It had to been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. I get the waitress’s attention and ask if that’s our food just sitting there, she tells me that it’s because they bring the food out all together. Screw that! I asked her to bring us the food that’s been sitting up there, so she did and told my friend it was going to be another couple of minutes on her food because they didn’t cook one of her sides yet! So we were going to wait longer for her fresh food while ours got colder??!! My food and my dad’s FOOD WAS COLD! I hope it was just bad timing for us to be there... maybe next time we can have better service..
My husband and I don't usually try too many new places, creatures of habit I suppose. But this was definitely a good decision. Great food, great service, and great prices. Would recommend to anyone!!
**UPDATE **nMy cousin took me to this restaurant I ordered Chicken fried steak with mash potatoes, an rice broccoli sides... WOW... it was great... our waitress was really nice... for a sit down eaterie I would definitely recommend this place.
Elizabeth is amazing!!! She goes above and beyond to make my curbside pick up experience perfect and smooth every time. I always order large orders for my oversized family and she double checks my order every time to make sure nothing is left out. She is very positive and can pass that positive feeling on to everyone she serves.
Our family went during a slow period, between 1:30 and 2:30. A bored hostess barely aknowleged our arrival. Finally she sat us after almost 15 minutes. Our waiter was excellent however and even wrote down a complete children's menu. The food was good and a good value. Service by him was excellent and he was very attentive. I will go back hopefully the hostess will be better like the waiter. I recommend it highly for the food and service.
