I love Papa John's, but this location is going down and fast. Last time got my order wrong, then today I called a carry out. I'm driving from Red Oak, I get there and apparently the delivery person took my pizza? Why? You don't deliver to Red Oak, next why did they take my pizza? The guy told me he'd make me a new pizza. I get home and the pizza is wrong, AGAIN!! I just told you what my order was. I don't know what's going on at this location, but please retrain your staff, or get new management. This is ridiculous!

Always late with delivery, food is luke warm by the time we finally get it. They forget things every single time. They have sent us their free medium pizza apology coupon 3 times for being late and we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt as a couple of times were during busy hours. The first time we ordered they were missing the sauce from one of the barbecue chicken papadilla. The second time they forgot the drinks we ordered. The The most recent time was the last straw. We ordered our pizza and it said 30-45 minutes. Understandable on a Saturday afternoon. 1 hour and 15 minutes later we called and they hadn't even left the store with our order. My husband went to pick it up and there was one person cooking and another sitting on their phone while our pizza sat on the counter. We live 5 minutes away from this store and it was cold by the time my husband got home. They even double charged him for it. We can never get through the automated line to their manager to correct any of these things and because of the long wait times to get our food we're not sure it's even worth it. We are done with Papa John's. Pizza hut is faster.

Won't answer the phones. When someone does answer the phone it's someone from another country (she can understand English). Had to order online instead. Took twice as long to get my pizza. Four people waiting with me outside to get our pizza's. When I got the pizza in glad I checked it, they did NOT cut the brownies. When they did cut it, they used a pizza cutter not the proper cutting tool. Because I saw the kid come out of the back with the pizza cutter. Get home the pizza taste like jalapenos, i didn't order them. So the kid cut the pizza with the cutter that has been used with jalapeno's. This used to be the best place in town to get pizza. Now with poor management it sucks.

They are very clean, they made us feel welcomed when we came in . there pizzas. Are the best. Papa John's. Is where I'll get all my pizza at.

I love Papa John's. This location has always had great product, and good customer service. I've seen employees and customers not wearing masks and interior is too small to allow proper distancing. They have sanitizer available on the counter. Get delivery if you want to maintain maximum safety.
