I live in Dallas visiting friends . Visiting in Waxahachie I ordered 2 pizzas To go they told me it would be 30 minutes I came back in 35 they said it would be 20 more minutes I came back in 20 more minutes they told me it would be another hour. They said that they were short staffed but when I went in to order the pizza there were 6 people standing around doing nothing and 2 people working the oven I have been to many Domino's . I have never had to wait for a to go order that I picked up for 2 hours the place was a mess the employees were rude and I do not understand how anybody would ever go back there again. I am a loyal Domino's customer but I will never go to this one again.

We ordered two pizzas one hand tossed and one thin crust. Hand tossed was perfect but the thin crust was very burnt. When I called the store I was told since the thin crust was light sauce it has to go in the oven the same time as the other pizzas and that’s why it’s burnt and was told it happens a lot with that style pizza. To me if someone ordered a thin crust light sauce shouldn’t there be a lower setting and less time in the oven? We did receive a credit not refund for the pizza but at the end of the day it seems they have excuses and on stand by for these common mistakes they have
