Dear mr smoothie king franchise owner of Waxahachie! I want to know why you are double taxing each smoothie. Remind you that in Texas our highest taxing is 0.0825. You know that so why are charging twice. I really want to know and I’m calling the city to see if they are aware of your double taxing.nI don’t believe the two day excuse. According to your staff member it’s been like for a while.nI will never go back again!!!!

As far as the service and the smoothie, they were awesome, BUT why would you only have 1 employee working on a busy Saturday afternoon?? I waited and counted 7, yes SEVEN smoothies before mine was even made. So the outside people in the car and online orders came first? Whoever manages this store needs some serious training on how to run an operation quickly and smoothly.

It's so nice to watch the workers making the smoothie, and they practically have anything. I was confused by the menu, but I told the cashier what I wanted in it and she suggested something instantly. Competent workers.

I would usually give this place a 5 star review, but not today. On the behalf of the girl working. She was amazing! But how do you schedule 1 person to work by themselves at 11a.m. on a Saturday? Who ever manages this store needs to be reevaluated! It's not fair to the girl working to have to take on some much responsibility by herself. And it's not fair for the customers who have to wait long amounts of time for a smoothie! Smoothie King, get your act together!
