Great sandwich, great people. Clean, Professional, & friendly. I've really enjoyed everything I get from this Sandwich shop. It's clear there is good management in place!!

Clean, neat, nice workers. However my sandwich had 2 thin slices of beef and lots of lettuce as a filler. The Jimmy John's in Denton is so much better. I was disappointed.

Very disappointed with multiple workers not wearing masks, especially the workers preparing the sandwich. Do you guys not realize we are in a pandemic? I get that there's a good portion of people that believe that covid is a hoax, until you or someone you know catches it and suffers permanent health consequences or dies. There's no excuse why you shouldn't wear a mask. I've worked in non air-conditioned rooms at schools for 8 hours a day while wearing a mask, and I have asthma and I was fine. Truly disappointing that you guys care so little about customers/other people.

Clean and quick service. I always just show up and order there and have a good experience. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years or so. The last two years I feel like they’ve greatly improved their service and speed.

Every commercial I see for Jimmy John's says they are fast. I sat in the parking lot and ordered online. It took much longer than it said online for what I thought would be the equivalent of 2 footlongs. I ended up with 4 small sandwiches. I will chalk this up to asking for them to be cut but each of the 4 were cut in half too. I also noted that there weren't very many people there. We only noticed 1 person go inside and my hubby said no one was inside when he went in to pick up the order. And for $40!!!!...I expected the sandwiches to be huge. There was very little meat but A LOT of lettuce. I ordered roast beef, bacon, turkey. It was my first Jimmy John's and my last. I will stick to Subway or Quiznos. I give it a 3 because as paltry as they were, the roast beef was decent and I was craving roast beef.
