Divorce has to be one of the most challenging and sensitive aspects of life that unfortunately many of us face. I was extremely lucky to discover John Mallios and his team and I can honestly say the entire office worked tirelessly for me. John is always accessible, very experienced, is well versed in law and absolutely hates to lose. When it comes to court he is a bulldog and you want this man in your corner! When fighting for me in front of the judge he was always over prepared, articulate and convincing. His partner Scott Damon is incredibly intelligent, also very accessible, went way above and beyond on countless occasions and truly cares about their clients. Tiffany in the office was amazing...always communicative, has great insight and worked tirelessly for me. They are very well connected in the community and know when to leverage what resources to win your case. My divorce lasted two years and was unfortunately as nasty as it gets. I cant even express my gratefulness for this team not only fighting for me but fighting more my kids most of all. At the beginning I told them my kids were the priority and the entire team kept this front and center throughout the entire process. God forbid I need an attorney again, but in the event I do I know where to take my business!

I have had two car accidents in the last 7 years Mr. Mallios handled both cases and got me the max dollars per case and assured I was given proper rehabilitation.

John is very ruff, but my money is well spent. He has done everything I have asked n more. I cant even express how grateful I am to have him as a lawyer. They always get back to me when ever I call. I am a very happy customer.

Hired John Mallios as my attorney as my wife filed for divorce. Had Mr. Mallios for 7.5 weeks and with 100% certainty I can honestly say he did absolutely nothing. He didn't even file an answer.nMy second attorney confirmed that Mallios did nothing by saying to me I'm not sure what he was doing but he literally did nothing.nI wouldn't trust this guy if I was you.nThese attorneys know what to do but that doesn't mean there going to do it.nIn answering your response.nYou probably don't have a record of me because you didn't do anything for me in my case.nI moved out of Texas after my divorce and I have nothing to do with Milwaukee.nI'm not mistaken about hiring you as my attorney.nAll you did in my case is stall to assist the other side.
